Employee long-service awards at ALKU GmbH!
4 employees were congratulated in 2015 for their long-term service. Martin Baumstark, Matthias Blüml and Korbinian Schneider remain loyal to the company for more than 10 years, Jan Schwill even for over 15 years now! We are very glad to have them with us and look forward to many more years of working together in future.
Motherboards for "My Trashure"
"My Trashure", a student company of the Johann-Michael-Fischer-Gymnasium in Burglengenfeld produces practical everyday-items from recycled materials such as computer scrap. As we share the same interest it was a great pleasure for us to give a donation of several motherboards for production of clocks and pencil boxes to My Trashure.
A heartfelt donation to the Altona Children's Hospital
Little children always have moments in hospital which require all of their courage.
To make it a bit easier for those young heroes and sometimes let tears dry faster, they may choose a little gift from "the box" after their medical examinations.
Doctors and nurses often fill up this box by their own. So it was a matter of our hearts to fill up the box with ALKU teddy bears and children´s books.
Winter preparation with the Ramspau first team
ALKU GmbH supports SpVgg Ramspau’s first team, which it invited to a training camp.
Three whole days – 15 - 17 March – was spent in Hotel Sonnenhof (owned by German schlager singer Andrea Berg) in Aspach near Stuttgart.
Only the best was good enough for our sporting talent: astro turf pitch, swimming pool, sauna, weights room... We are hoping for a lot of goals this season.
Donation to "Weisser Rabe" business in Aschheim
Since the subject of social exclusion through unemployment is something close to our heart it was a special pleasure for us to present the Weisser Rabe business in Aschheim with a donation.
Weisser Rabe is engaged in the occupational and social integration of people with disabilities. The presentation of the cheque took place in April.
Pirkensee nursery
It was also a great pleasure for us to be able to support the Pirkensee nursery "Zum guten Hirten" ('The good shepherd') with equipment for its kindergarden festival.
